Zimmer

My name is Morah Elaisa Gomez, and this will be my fifth year at Zimmer Preschool! I love working in the infant room and watching the babies grow. I enjoy encouraging their social-emotional development, helping them practice age-appropriate skills, and loving them every day.

I have a BA in Tourism Administration from Colegio Mayor de Bolívar in Colombia. When I came to the States, I earned the Maryland Child Care Credential to work with infants and toddlers in Early Childhood Education. I have worked in this field for over nine years.

I have two grown children. My daughter is an engineer, and my son is studying to be a physical therapist. I have two dogs – one little one, and one big one. In my spare time, I like to read non-fiction books because I love to learn new things. I also like to travel, visit new places, and to meet new people wherever I go.
