I am a fun and energetic teacher, passionate about creating the best environment for the children in my class.
I have spent my life preparing for this career. The desire to care for children and guide their development comes from the jobs I had growing up including being a babysitter, nanny, and being the best big sister I could be.
I enjoy everything about the process of watching, teaching, and helping children grow. Children are sponges and I believe in providing then with love and a positive sense of self to soak up. There is nothing more rewarding than doing just that.
I have six years of experience working with children and most recently spent the past two years working as an Assistant and a Lead Teacher in Early Education. I love working with children of all ages, and I am excited to be the Zimmer Preschool Infant Lead teacher! In addition to my work experience, I recently graduated from Wilberforce University with my B.A is Social Work.
Some of my favorite things to do in the classroom include singing, reading, and dancing. I also love providing children with opportunities to create projects and art that the children can take home and share with their parents.
I look forward to working with you and nurturing your children at Zimmer School!
